Beginning with a connection
A lesson from my father—to value the first person who reaches out—and a personal connection led me into real estate. Over approximately ten years in real estate sales, I learned the foundations of working with property transactions.
Learning buildings and operations
At forty, I stepped into a new field and studied web and digital design. Experience in corporate sales and roughly three years working as a painter also taught me to see buildings from the site itself.
I began operating rental spaces in 2022. That work showed me the importance of cleaning and led to practical work in accommodation cleaning and operations. In 2023, I began operating an accommodation facility under a hotel business license using a leased property, experiencing firsthand the realities that follow an agreement.
Thinking beyond the transaction
I established 1st Best Co., Ltd. in 2024 to incorporate my existing activities, develop the hospitality business and prepare for future expansion in real estate. Having worked on the transaction, building and operating sides, I am now bringing those perspectives together.
Our aim is to help the people we meet move toward better outcomes through real estate, one careful decision at a time.
