Investment property
Following receipt of our real estate brokerage license, this will be a primary area of business. We plan to focus on Tokyo's 23 wards and the wider metropolitan area, including Yokohama and Kawasaki.
Vacant homes and revitalization
We assess each property's circumstances and consider options such as sale, direct acquisition, revitalization and reuse. Design and construction work will be coordinated with qualified partners when needed.
Sale brokerage and direct acquisition are planned to begin after licensing.
Hospitality
Drawing on our own operating experience, we currently welcome inquiries about property use, concept planning, opening preparation, existing operations and management support. We coordinate with relevant specialists where permits or professional judgments are required.
Other real estate needs
After licensing, we also plan to receive purchase and sale inquiries for residential and business properties, particularly shops, offices and accommodation facilities.
